Thriving Mind Solutions is dedicated to providing affordable psychiatric services and try to work with many insurances.

Currently, we take United Healthcare, UMR, Oscar, Optum, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and Tricare. Each policy is different and has different copay requirements. We partner with Alma which will send your bills and copays directly to you for Optum, Aetna, and Cigna.

Some plans with commercial insurance may not be in network but we can still offer low cash pay rates. 

EACH PROVIDER IS AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF CREDENTIALING WITH INSURANCES - THIS IS A LONG PROCESS AND WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO GET EVERYONE CREDENTIALED WITH EACH OF THE INSURANCES WE ACCEPT.

Thriving Mind Solutions is not a crisis outpatient. If you or someone you love has a psychiatric emergency please call 988 or visit Mind 24/7 or your local emergency department at the nearest hospital. 

Thriving Mind Solutions provides mental health services for all individuals 6 and up. Each provider sees different age ranges, but we have a provider for every age group 6+.

We do have telehealth appointments available. Initial appointments are done in person other than in special circumstances. Follow ups are typically available for follow ups. If you are on controlled medications for ADHD or anxiety patients must be seen in person for the1st visit and at least once a year in person for adults and twice a year for children and teens.

We completely understand that traffic happens and GPS takes you to the wrong places. We allow for one missed, late, or late-canceled visit per calendar year with no fee. We allow seven minutes of tardiness, but your appointment will be shorter to not hold up the next patients. When you're late for a 20-30 minute appointment it often causes a snowball effect of lateness. After the first missed, late, or late-canceled appointment, we require a $50 missed visit fee.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a no-show fee of $50.

We can refill medications as long as you are current with your scheduled appointments. For adult patients being prescribed controlled substances, you will need to be seen in person once per year. For child and teen patients, it is required to be seen in person twice per year. Other controlled substance follow-ups may be virtual if needed. For noncontrolled substances, as long as you have not missed more than one scheduled appointment, we can refill your medications.
