Tyler (she/her) is down-to-earth, funny, smart, and what she likes to call a "showered hippie". She is the mother of two amazing and artistic children, the LaLa to two of her favorite little humans, and loves anything furry with four legs (note: snakes do not have legs). She continues to pursue knowledge and the most recent evidence-based practices for her patients. She loves to make everyone understand the complexity of our brain with funny analogies (you'll hear one of them if you see her). She will always provide you with all of your options and allow you to be the ultimate decision-maker in your mental health journey. She brings diverse experience as a science teacher, stem cell transplant oncology nurse, psychiatric nurse, and extensive education. She can't wait to meet you and we know you will love her. And if we didn't mention it before, she's hilarious.

Angela (she/her) was named perfectly- she's the office angel. She is the yin to our yang and organizes all of our brains for us. Her kindness, dedication, and empathy are only a few things that make her awesome. It would be an understatement to say she's a team player since she can be the coach, the cheerleader, and the all-star all at once. Make sure you stop by to say hi. Oh, and she can answer your questions too, she's a phenomenal resource!
Heather (she/her) brings that extra something special to our practice. She's the people whisperer who will listen, show compassion, encourage you to be your authentic self, and is also very knowledgeable about challenges that come about as you navigate your mental health journey. She is your go-to if you have questions for your provider, need to ask about concerns regarding treatments, or just need someone to listen for a few minutes. She can help with triage and questions- and let's be honest, she is one of the coolest people to talk to. Heather and Tyler have worked together for a long time and share the same passion for compassionate and inclusive care. She and Tyler started this practice with one goal in mind: patient care.
Rylan (she/her) is here to help with pretty much anything. We lovingly call her the JOAT (Jack of all trades) and she currently works remotely from our Colorado office. She can help with initial scheduling, communication, prior authorizations, billing and so much more. She is a compassionate and empathetic ear who shows patience with everyone she meets. Once you get to meet her she's sure to win you over with her dedication, perseverance, and absolute unwavering kindness. We can't wait for you to meet her and say hello. She's also the mom of two super rad toddlers who you just may get to hear if you talk to her on the phone.
The "dog-tor" is in. And now, the star of the show! Murphy! This silly little guy is why people come to see us. He is always here to help heal with his cuteness. Don't let his old man, homeless pooch vibes fool you, he's still a puppy who just turned one. His hobbies include: chasing balls, behaving like a cat, sniffing shoes, and making sure we are safe from moths, birds, or other terrifying creatures.
We take a patient-centered approach to mental health care, recognizing that each person is unique and has their own set of needs and goals. We work collaboratively with our patients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs.
We are also a teaching clinic. We provide precepting to high-quality Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Students to inspire the next generation of providers. From time to time you may be asked for permission for one of our caring and compassionate students to sit in with you. This will always be your choice and we are grateful for your understanding.
New patient evaluation to address psychiatric concerns. You will have the opportunity to speak with your provider regarding your history and current symptoms, and you will actively participate in creating your treatment plan. It is preferred for this to be an in-person visit but can be scheduled as a telehealth appointment as well.
Follow-up appointments allow you to discuss symptoms, medications, and emotions since your last appointment. In addition, progress toward your mental health goals will be reviewed.
Transfer appointments allow you to continue with your provider from a previous practice. You will review basic information to create a new chart as well as follow up to discuss symptoms, medications, and emotions since your last appointment.
